Every time the configuration changes, each connection gets a new connection id (e.g. Connection_9) to ensure generic functionality. For example, for 3 connections they will have the ids Connection_1, Connection_2 and Connection_3 respectively.
Depending on the purchased version of the connector, up to 1, 3, 5 or 10 database connections can be created. These connections correspond to a datasource in the Configurator.
Every additional datasource defines another database.
If more datasources are defined than can be handled in the purchased version, the connector ignores all datasources defined above the limit. For example, if the version with 3 database connections has been purchased and 5 datasources have been defined, the connector only recognizes 3 of them.
